Prices and payment

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Shipping is shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe using Klarna or card. We never receive or store your card details.

Delivery

Orders normally ship within X working days. Delivery countries and terms are shown at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, distansavtalslagen). Email us and send the goods back unused. We refund the price of the goods once we have received the return.

Complaints

If an item is faulty, contact us as soon as possible. You have statutory rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen). In a dispute you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Personal data

When you buy something we process your name, address, email and phone number to deliver your order and meet bookkeeping requirements. Payment is handled by Stripe (and Klarna if you choose it). This site uses no tracking or marketing cookies, and Instagram images are served from our own server. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting us.
